The „Decision making and self reprocessing“ (DMSR) is a week long training course aimed at guiding participants in how to become smarter in their working methods, become better decision makers and to get to know themselves better. It will take place in La Rioja (Spain) in February 2020 and is financed by Action Key 1 of the Erasmus + program. Its main objective is to bring together 20 people from five different countries (Spain, Sweden, Greece, Poland and Italy) to reflect on Howard Gardners multiple intelligences and about the 6 thinking hats method of decision making, through theatre and non- formal education. Youth workers will have an active role throughout the project, acquiring decision- making skills, improving their employability and comparing their point of view on the subject.
